Own a container or rent warehouse space?

The math is simple. A rented bodega or warehouse bay charges you every month, forever, and the space is never yours. A used container is paid for once — at market rates, roughly the equivalent of a handful of months of commercial storage rent — and from then on your storage is free, on your own property, with no trips to a depot and no access hours. It also remains an asset: containers resell easily, and every unit we sell for local use is delivered nationalized with a fiscal invoice, backing your ownership if you ever decide to sell. For a business with stable inventory, the purchase justifies itself quickly.

Securing and organizing your storage container

Three upgrades turn a container into first-rate storage. Security: a high-security padlock shielded by a lockbox welded to the doors stops the vast majority of theft attempts — many units already include one. Organization: metal shelving fixed to the side rails uses the height and clears the floor, while pallets keep goods off the wooden deck. Humidity: in Panama's climate it pays to add extra ventilation grilles or air the unit out by opening the doors regularly, and to use desiccants if you store documents, textiles or electronics. All of this can be installed at our modifications workshop before your unit is delivered.

Where do our customers use them?

On farms from Chiriquí to Azuero, keeping fertilizer, tools and harvest away from rain and pests. At businesses in Panama City and Panamá Oeste that need inventory storage right beside the shop instead of paying for a depot kilometers away. On construction sites, as a materials-and-tools bodega that moves with the project. And at homes: moves, remodels, or simply a household's overflow. A 20ft covers most residential and small commercial cases; for volume inventory or machinery, the 40ft is the size. Tell us what you are going to store and we will recommend a size and grade, no strings attached.
