Panama is one of the best places in the Americas to buy a used shipping container. Millions of containers pass through our ports — Balboa, Manzanillo, Cristóbal and Colón — every year, and many end their transport life right here. That means more available units, better conditions and faster delivery than almost anywhere else in the region. Containero takes advantage of that: we select units directly from depots near the ports, inspect them point by point and deliver them to any province in the country.
Condition grades: WWT, Cargo Worthy and As-Is
Not all used containers are equal. A WWT (Wind & Water Tight) unit is sealed against wind and water: the best value option for storage, warehousing and on-site projects. A CW (Cargo Worthy) unit additionally retains structural integrity for maritime transport and can be certified for export with a valid CSC plate. An As-Is unit is sold in its current condition and we only recommend it for repair or creative projects. Before you buy, we tell you exactly which grade the unit is and send real photos of the doors, roof, floor and corners — never stock photos.
Delivery throughout Panama
We deliver used containers to Panama City, Colón, David, Chiriquí, Santiago, Chitré, Penonomé, Bocas del Toro and the rest of the country. Your quote covers the container, transport and offloading where applicable — one final number, in writing. If your site has difficult access, we evaluate it before scheduling so there are no surprises on delivery day.
